Ross, with his ancestral and family ties to the Kamilaroi and Wiradjuri people, brings over 20 years of experience across building construction and civil infrastructure, tunnelling, rail, and energy projects. Known for his logistical expertise and strong community engagement, Ross has played key roles on major works for clients such as Ergon Energy, Powerlink, and Ventia. He now drives operational delivery and growth at NVI.


With over 45 years in project controls and major project execution, Lou is the founder of Vidotto Group and a veteran of the global resources sector. He brings strategic oversight, commercial discipline, and mentorship to NVI, guiding governance and capability growth for long-term success.
David has over 13 years of experience across small business, finance, and the not-for-profit sector, supported by a Bachelor of Accounting and ongoing MBA studies. He leads internal systems, reporting frameworks, and capability initiatives at NVI—building scalable foundations and driving performance across the business.
